Renewal of Sewage Treatment Plant.

St John the Evangelist CE School, Carterton

Replacement of boiler plant and flues, complete with pipework, pumps and automatic controls with associated electrical and builders work.  The project was carried out over the summer of 2019 as the first phase and was followed by replacement of some of the heating pipework and provision of destratification fans in high corridors in 2020.

St Mary All Saints CE School, Beaconsfield

Replacement of boiler plant and flues, complete with pipework, pumps and automatic controls with associated electrical and builders work.  The project included replacement of heating distribution pipework to one half of the school during the summer of 2020, to be followed by the other half in 2022.

Church House, Oxford

Replacement of of VRV air conditioning to three floors of the head office of the Diocese of Oxford.  The project included provision of MHRV to committee rooms and modifications to the central mechanical ventilation system including provision of DX heating to the air handling unit to replace a direct heater battery.  The project was carried out in the first quarter of 2021, following all Covid secure procedures, and is expected to improve comfort for occupants as well as reducing operating costs.
